Privacy Policy
It is the policy of the NewWell Fund that
personal information about citizens will be collected only to the extent
necessary to provide the service or benefit desired; that only appropriate
information will be collected; that citizens shall understand the reason the
information is collected and be able to examine their personal records which
are maintained by a public body.
Personal Information
The NewWell Fund does not require you to provide
any personal information when using its Web site. In the event that you
request information from us, it may be necessary for you to provide enough
information to process your request.
Cookies
The NewWell Fund does not place a "cookie" on
your computer. This means we do not save any information about you or your
visit on your computer.
Tracking Movement through the Web site
We may record some non-personal information during your visit. If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the Web site, read pages, or download information, our Web site's server may automatically record some general information about your visit.
During your visit, our Web site's server may record:

Our Web site has links to other Web sites you may find interesting or relevant. These other sites may send their own cookies to your PC, collect data, or solicit personal information. The privacy policies and procedures described here do not apply to any external links. ATLFA provides content in several formats that require plug-ins, or separate browser components, to properly view. All required plug-ins are free to use. If your browser or assistive technology can not view the content using the plug-in, please contact ATLFA for an alternate version of the content.

The W3C's commitment to lead the Web to its full potential includes promoting a high degree of usability for people with disabilities.
The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), http://www.w3.org/WAI/, in coordination with organizations around the world, is pursuing accessibility of the Web through five primary areas of work: technology, guidelines, tools, education and outreach, and research and development.
Accessibility Policy
Through its Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is promoting a high degree of Web access for people with disabilities. In coordination with organizations around the world, WAI is pursuing Web accessibility through five primary areas of work: technology, guidelines, tools, education and outreach, and research and development. To help support the WAI, this site is complying with W3C guidelines for Web accessibility.
At a minimum, this web site meets Level A Conformance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, as well as conforming to the HTML 4.01 standard.
